This Xalte Corp (“Xalte”) privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) serves to notify you of the current privacy practices associated with your access to and use of the Xalte website, mobile, API and other applications, and any of our other software, tools, features or functionality provided in connection with our products or services (collectively, the “Services”). We take our obligation to keep any information you provide us with safe and secure very seriously. We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old.
